Accessibility statement

Last updated 3 November 2026.

Our aim

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible. It is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. It has not yet been independently audited.

What we have done

  • Every page has one main heading and a logical heading order.
  • Menus, the workflow examples, questions, and the enquiry form work with a keyboard.
  • Focus is always visible, and a skip link leads straight to the main content.
  • Text colours have been chosen for strong contrast against their backgrounds.
  • If you have asked your device to reduce motion, the site does not animate.
  • Text is real text, not images, so it can be resized, translated, and read aloud.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any at the moment. If you find one, please tell us.

Report a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, let us know which page and what happened, and we will look into it.
